基于节拍的4G9缸体工艺流程设计及其生产能力研究

【摘要】 自20世纪90年代以来,我国汽车产业得到了高速发展,发动机作为汽车的心脏,对汽车行业的发展具有很大影响。本文基于节拍以设计出合理的4G9缸体工艺流程为重点,研究了在不大量增加企业成本的前提下提高企业生产能力的问题。首先,本文分析了节拍设计时所应考虑的因素及其影响,介绍了节拍的计算方法,并根据所用计算公式算出4G9缸体生产节拍为187.2秒。其次,本文通过统计调查法与定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,基于节拍对影响4G9缸体生产线工艺流程的因素进行了分析,并根据分析所得的结果设计了4G9缸体生产线的工艺流程。然后,本文介绍了生产能力同期化的概念与方法,并基于节拍分析了影响4G9缸体生产能力同期化的因素,通过对各影响因素的分析对4G9缸体工艺流程进行了有针对性的调整,并对调整后的生产能力效果进行分析。最后,提出了保障4G9缸体生产能力的措施,并提出了节拍持续能力,节拍改善能力,节拍变化能力三种保障生产节拍的能力。本文通过对4G9缸体生产能力的研究,探索解决生产线平衡问题、优化生产工艺、提高生产能力的切实可行的方法,丰富了汽车发动机生产流程方面的研究,文章中的数据来源于实际调研,所采用的方法与得出的结论对发动机工艺流程的设计与生产能力研究方面具有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Our country’s auto industry has been rapidly development since the 90s of the 20th century. Engine, as the car’s heart, has a great impact on the development of automotive industry. A reasonable process for 4G9 engine is designed and the problem that how to improve the productivity of enterprises without a substantial increase in costs is studied in this paper.Firstly, the factors considered in design cycle process is analyzed and the method of calculating cycle time is introduced, then the cycle time of the 4G9 engine,187.2 seconds, is calculated according to the formula. Secondly, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the 4G9 engine process by the method of survey and the method which combines both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Then the process of 4G9 engine is designed based on the cycle time. Then, the concept of capacity and methods of concurrent processes are introduced in this paper and the factors that affect the concurrent processes of 4G9 engine process are analyses, then the process of 4G9 engine is adjusted and the productivity effects after adjustment is analyzed. Finally, some safeguards of 4G9 engine production capacity are derived and it’s the first time that drives sustainability and mutability of cycle time is derived.By the studying of the capacity of 4G9 engine.this paper explores the solutions of production line balancing and the practical ways of improving productivity, and the production process is optimized in this paper, and by this paper, the study area about production process of engine is enrich. The data of this paper comes from actual research, the methods used and the conclusions derived in this paper have practical significance in engine design and production capacity.
