【摘要】 航运业是资本密集型的行业,对资金的需求巨大,而中小航运企业对资金的需求相较于大型航运企业来说更加迫切,船舶老龄化、船舶更新和现代化等所需要的巨额资金来源问题越来越困扰着我国中小航运企业,但是中小航运企业自身存在着一系列的问题,如自有资金较少、信用等级较低、政府和银行对中小航运企业存在着所有制歧视,融资环境的问题的存在等都在一定程度上阻碍了我国中小航运企业的发展,而我国大部分航运企业都属于中小航运企业,中小航运企业的发展直接影响着整个航运业的发展,所以对中小航运企业融资效率进行相关的研究具有重要的意义。在本文中,首先对中小航运企业融资的相关概念进行了介绍,包括中小航运企业的界定、中小航运企业的特点及中小航运企业的主要融资方式等,从而为研究我国中小航运企业的融资效率做铺垫,之后介绍了我国中小航运企业的融资现状包括我国中小航运企业融资现状和融资问题,在第四章则利用模糊综合评价法对中小航运企业的融资方式效率进行了介绍分析,第五章则对航运企业的融资效率进行了分析,并得出2009年我国唯一上市中小航运企业海南海峡航运股份有限公司融资效率较高的结论,并就此对海峡股份进行相关的分析,最后就我国中小航运企业融资问题对国家、银行、航运业以及中小航运企业自身等提出相关的建议,以期改善我国中小航运企业的融资环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shipping industry is capital-intensive industries, in other words,the demand for capital is huge, and the small and medium-sized shipping companies are crying out for capital in comparison with the large-sized shipping companies,the capital problem for updating and modernizing the shop is more and more troubled the small and medium-sized shipping,and the small and medium-sized shipping companies exist a lot of problems,such as lack of funds at the disposal of enterprises, Low credit rating, Government and the banks have ownership discrimination to the small and medium-sized shipping companies,the problems of financing environment and so on,those problem have hindered the development of the small and medium-sized shipping companies,but most of our country’s shopping companies are mall and medium-sized,so analyze the small and medium-sized shipping companies’financing efficiency is very important.At first,this paper will introduce related notions to make basis for article, including the conception and the futures of the small and medium-sized shipping,and the main financing mode.then will introduce present situation of the small and medium-sized shipping companies’financing including the financing current situation,the problem and so on. in the chapter 4 make a efficiency analysis in the mode of financing by using the fuzzy mode,in the chapter 5 this paper make a analysis in the financing efficiency of the shipping companies,and come to the conclusion that in 2009 hainan strait shipping company’s financing efficiency is high which is the only small and medium-sized shipping company has listed, and analysis this company to find the reason for the high financing efficiency,at last, based on the problem,this paper give some recommendations on the consideration of government and banking,the whole shipping industry, the small and medium-sized shipping companies.更多还原
