油船和散货船结构直接计算方法比较研究

【摘要】 散货船结构共同规范(以下简称CSR BC)和双壳油船结构共同规范(以下简称CSR TANKER)实施3年多来,使用者感受CSR先进性的同时也感受到了两规范不同校核思路和编写逻辑带来的不便,为此IACS要求将CSR BC和CSR TANKER进行协调统一。本文主要对两规范屈服屈曲直接计算方法进行了对比研究,为二者的统一协调提供参考依据。主要内容包括:1)系统归纳了CSR BC和CSR TANKER三舱段屈服屈曲直接计算的内容和分析步骤。2)对比两规范屈服校核方法的异同,主要包括:有限元模型,计算工况与设计载荷,载荷调整方法,边界条件,屈服校核衡准,细化网格模型及其校核衡准。3)结合板的稳定性理论,推导了CSR BC屈曲系数K的定义,阐明了散货船基本板格屈曲校核标准的理论依据,并由有效宽度概念推导了CSR BC的折减系数的表达式,证明了CSR BC计入后屈曲效应的方法。4)深入研究了CSR TANKER高级屈曲校核程序PULS的内部原理及理论背景,并以PULS定义的三种基本屈曲板格单元为例,阐释了高级屈曲校核所考虑的非线性因素及其计入方法。5)对CSR BC和CSR TANKER边界条件中端面节点关联提出了4种统一方案,并以一条散货船和一条油船为例进行了数值试验,为二者的统一协调工作提供一定参考价值。

【Abstract】 Common Structural Rules for Bulk Carriers (hereinafter referred to as CSR BC) and Common Structural Rules for Double Hull Oil Tankers (hereinafter referred to as CSR TANKER) have been published for three years, the user felt inconvenience due to some differences between the two rules despite of the advance of CSR. Thus, International Association of Classification Societies asks for coordinating and harmonizing CSR BC and CSR TANKER. Direct yield and buckling strength assessment methods of two rules were compared in this paper, which provided a reference for harmonizing two rules. The main contents including:1) Direct yield and buckling strength assessment methods and procedure of the two rules were systematically summarized.2) Yield strength assessment methods of two rules were compared. Including: finite element modeling, loads and loading conditions, loads adjustment methods, boundary conditions, yield assessment criteria, fine mesh model and assessment criteria, buckling conditions and acceptance criteria.3) Combined with the stability of plate theory, buckling factor of CSR BC is derived; buckling theoretical basis of CSR BC is explained. Reduction factor of CSR BC is derived by using concept of effective width, the method which taking effect of post-buckling into account is proved. 4) The theoretical background of the CSR TANKER advanced buckling analysis procedure—PULS is studied. And the method which takes effect of non-linear factors into account is illustrated by researching on three kinds of basic plate element.5) Four projects for unifying rigid-link of two rules are presented, a bulk carrier and an oil tanker is calculated. This work provided a reference for the project of harmonizing two rules.
