基于SolidWorks的罗茨风机CAD系统设计

【摘要】 罗茨风机作为双转子气体压缩和输送机械被广泛应用于各工业领域,其在设计过程中存在大量修改、设计计算和重复性工作等特点;为提高罗茨风机的设计效率和设计质量,本文使用Visual Basic语言对SolidWorks进行二次开发,对罗茨风机CAD系统的设计进行研究。论文分析了罗茨风机的各种叶型的型线,推导了实际的型线参数方程,研究了风机的各种结构参数和性能参数,并建立它们之间的关系;对SolidWorks二次开发体系进行研究,详细介绍了OLE技术和COM技术,阐述了SolidWorksAPI对象的访问方式和接口技术。论文对罗茨风机CAD系统进行了整体分析、总体规划,对系统各功能模块进行了剖析分类,设计了系统操作流程图;采用基于特征建模技术的参数化设计方法和原理,使用Visual Basic6.0语言调用SolidWorks API接口函数,通过宏录制并修改关键代码的方法,实现了SolidWorks的二次开发,建立了系统数据库,所设计的CAD系统能够完成罗茨风机的设计计算和自动化几何建模工作。运行调试并实例建模实验,结果表明:系统能够根据用户输入的基本参数顺利完成三维模型的建立;系统界面美观,与用户交互方便,能大大提高罗茨风机的设计效率和质量,缩短产品研发周期,降低企业成本,提高市场竞争力,具有实际的使用价值。

【Abstract】 As a dual rotor gas compression and transportation machinery, Roots Blower is widely used in various industrial fields. It has characteristics of numerous modifications, design calculations and repetitive jobs existing in the design process of Roots Blower. In order to enhance the design efficiency and quality, this thesis uses the Visual Basic Language in the secondary Development of SolidWorks, studies the design of Roots blower CAD system.This thesis analyzes various leaf type profile of Roots Blower, derives the actual profile parameter equation, studies Roots Blower various structural parameters and performance parameters and establishes the relationship between them. The paper studies SolidWorks secondary development system, introduces the OLE technology and the COM technology, elaborates objects accessing methods of SolidWorks API and interface technologies.Thesis gives overall analysis of the Roots Blower CAD system, plans the design goals of the system, designs the system operation flow chart; Using Parametric Design principles based on feature modeling technology. Using Visual Basic6.0 Language calling SolidWorks API interface function, through macro recording and modifying the key code, achieved the secondary development of the SolidWorks and established the system Database. It can automation design calculations of parameter and geometric modeling.Debugging and modeling experiments illustrate that it can complete three-dimensional model based on user input of the basic parameters. System has a amazing interface and can interact with users in a most convenient way. It can greatly enhance the design efficiency and quality of Roots Blower, shorten the product development cycles, reduce business production costs, and improve market competitiveness. It has a practical value.
