硅磷酸催化制备β-烯胺酮和酯的合成新方法研究

【摘要】 β-烯胺酮和酯类化合物是有机合成中重要的中间体,在精细化工、药物合成、生物制剂、工业催化和有机高分子材料领域中具有极其重要的应用价值。目前β-烯胺酮和酯类化合物在有机合成化学、有机高分子材料、生物化学、生物医药学、环境化学、药物化学等多门学科中得到广泛应用。为此,本文开展了对β-烯胺酮和酯类化合物的合成新方法研究,并探索了新型路易斯酸固体催化剂硅磷酸,将此催化剂应用到β-烯胺酮和酯类化合物的合成及应用中。本文对硅磷酸的催化性能,反应的通用性进行了探索,找到了一种高效,廉价合成β-烯胺酮和酯类化合物的合成新方法。以各种β-二羰基化合物和不同的胺为原料,以较高的收率合成了一系列β-烯胺酮和酯类化合物。该反应是在室温、无溶剂条件下进行的,反应条件温和,副反应少,通用性强,适用广泛,操作简便,反应速度快,产率高,易分离提纯,催化剂可多次重复使用。

【Abstract】 In organic synthesisβ-enaminones and Esters are important intermediates and have an important value in medicine, biology, catalysis and materials science, so they have been a significant focus for researchers from different countries. Now (3-enaminones and Esters have infiltrated into the organic synthetic chemistry, polymer materials, biochemistry, bio-medicine, environmental chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and other subjects, and led to new areas of the formation and development of organic chemistry. Therefor, we carried on the synthesis and properties of P-enaminones and esters, studied the new type of Lewis acid catalyst Silica Phosphoric Acid, and obtained a series of interesting and innovative results.In this thesis, based on the review of the applications and synthetic methods of different kinds of theβ-enaminones and esters in recent years, the new synthetic method for theβ-enaminones and esters fromβ-dicarbonyl compounds and amines have been investigated and established. A series ofβ-enaminones and esters were synthesized; using the new Lewis acid catalyst Silica Phosphoric Acid and exploring its catalytic properties, a series of significant and innovative achievements have been achieved. The main results obtained are as follows:we have developed a efficient approach for room-temperature solventless synthesis ofβ-enaminones andβ-enamino esters by condensation of different aromatic or aliphatic amines with variousβ-dicarbonyl compounds in the presence of Silica Phosphoric Acid as catalyst. Simple experimental procedure, mildness of the conversion, clear reaction profiles, excellent chemoselectivity, short reaction times, and low cost, stability and reusability of the catalyst are the noteworthy advantages of the protocol.
