哈兹列特连铸连轧铝合金板带组织和性能研究

【摘要】 哈兹列特连铸连轧工艺是一种短流程的铝合金板带坯料生产新工艺,它通过将熔融金属液馈入哈兹列特连续铸造机得到约19mm厚连续铸坯,然后直接多机架连轧至2mm左右。相对于传统的铸锭热轧工艺省去了铸造合金大板锭,锯头铣面,均匀化退火,大加工量的热粗轧等多道工序,具有短流程,节能降耗,降低生产成本等工艺优势。伊川电力集团国内首次引进该工艺,为充分了解哈兹列特连续铸造工艺特点及其连铸连轧产品显微组织和性能,本文选取了3004,3003,5052等铝合金,采用金相显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱分析(EDS)等分析手段,通过拉伸试验、弯曲试验、腐蚀试验等性能测试,研究了哈兹列特连铸连轧、直冷铸锭热轧及双辊式铸轧三种不同铝合金板带供坯生产方式其产品显微组织和性能。论文主要工作及研究结果如下:(1)结合哈兹列特连续铸造工艺特点研究分析了哈兹列特3004铝合金连续铸坯显微组织形成特点和表面形貌。(2)对哈兹列特3004铝合金连轧板坯进行高温长时间的退火,研究了连铸连轧3004铝合金回复再结晶。结果发现在510℃保温10h,可改善第二相形态、含量,均匀化合金成分,获得完全再结晶组织,改善后续冷轧加工性能。(3)以登封铝业公司铸轧3003铝合金冷轧产品为对比,研究了哈兹列特连铸连轧3003铝合金显微组织及拉伸、弯曲力学性能,探讨了哈兹列特连铸连轧3003铝合金替代铸轧法从而省去冷轧生产幕墙铝单板的可行性。结果发现哈兹列特连铸连轧产品(抗拉强度234.47MPa,伸长率8.02%)具有与铸轧产品(抗拉强度239.94MPa,伸长率5.45%)相当的抗拉强度,好的塑性加工性能,且达到行业标准YS/T 429.1—2000《幕墙板板基》规定的力学性能指标:抗拉强度110-177MPa,铝板延伸率≥5%。完全可以替代铸轧生产工艺,从而可以省去后续冷轧,达到缩短生产周期,降低生产成本的目的。(4)以鑫泰铝业公司热轧5052冷轧成品板为对比,研究了哈兹列特连铸连轧5052冷轧成品板显微组织和拉伸力学性能及腐蚀性能。结果发现哈兹列特连铸连轧产品(抗拉强度216.2MPa,伸长率14.26%)具有比热轧产品(抗拉强度199.75MPa,伸长率23.78%)高的强度,同时塑性加工性能良好。达到GB/T3880.2—2006《一般工业用铝及铝合金板、带材第二部分:力学性能》规定的5052H32态厚度0.5-1.5mm抗拉强度不小于210-260MPa,延伸率不小于6%的使用标准。而腐蚀性能测试结果表明哈兹列特连铸连轧和热轧5052冷轧成品板腐蚀电流密度相差不大,具有相似的抗腐蚀能力。

【Abstract】 Hazelett continuous casting and rolling process is a new technology of the aluminum alloy plate production with short process characteristics, it is feed by molten liquid metal into the Hazelett continuous casting machine to be about 19mm thick continuous slab, and then directly continuous rolled to be about 2mm thick. Compared with traditional direct casting and hot rolling process(DC process), it eliminated casting large panel ingots, sawing head, milling surface, homogenization annealing, large amount of thermal processing of rough rolling and other multi-channel processes, With advantages of short process, energy saving, lower production cost. Yichuan Power Group is the first company introduced the technology in China, in order to fully understand the Hazelett continuous casting and rolling process and microstructures and properties of its products, This paper selected 3004,3003,5052 aluminum alloy, using optical microscopy (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive analysis (EDS) and other analytical tools, Through the tensile, bending, corrosion resistance and other performance testing, Studied microstructures and mechanical properties of Hazelett, DC process and twin-roll casting three different modes’products,research works and findings are as follows:(1) Studied microstructure characteristics and surface morphology of Hazelett continuous casting 3004 aluminum alloy.(2) Studied recovery and recrystallization of Hazelett continuous casted and rolled 3004 aluminum alloy. The results found that in 510℃insulation 10h can improve the second phase shape, content, uniformity of alloy composition, to obtain complete recrystallized structure, to improve the follow-up cold-rolling process performance.(3) In comparison with twin-roll casting and cold rolled 3003 aluminum alloy from Dengfeng, Studied the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Hazelett products, Researched the feasibility of Hazelett take the place of twin-roll casting to produce curtain wall plate, The results showed that Hazelett products (tensile strength 234.47MPa, elongation rate of 8.02%) have a similar tensile strength, better plastic processing performance than twin-roll casting and cold rolled products(tensile strength 239.94MPa, elongation rate of 5.45%), meet industry standards YS/T 429.1-2000 provisions of the mechanical properties:Tensile strength:110-177MPa, aluminum elongation:≥5%. So Hazelett can replace twin-roll casting process, eliminating the need of cold rolling and shorten the production cycle in order to reduce production costs.(4) In comparison with DC process and cold rolled 5052 aluminum alloy from Xintai,studied the microstructure and properties of the Hazelett products, the results showed that Hazelett products (tensile strength 216.2MPa, elongation rate of 14.26%) have higher strength and good plastic processing more than DC products (tensile strength 199.75MPa, elongation rate of 23.78%).Achieve GB/T3880.2-2006 "Wrought aluminum and aluminum alloy plates, sheets and strips for general engineering—Part 2:Mechanical properties" provisions:5052H32 of 0.5-1.5mm thickness tensile strength not less than 210-260MPa, elongation does not less than 6%.The corrosion test results shown that Hazelett and DC product have the similar corrosion resistance.
