长岭水库拱坝加固前后三维有限元分析

【摘要】 砌石拱坝是水利工程中比较优良的坝型之一,有节省材料、能充分利用材料强度、可就地取材等优点,因此,在中小型水利工程中得到广泛的应用。除了继续兴建水库大坝外,随着早期兴建拱坝服役年限的增加,加固维修一些老坝也成为水利工作者们又一个新的课题,而且加固一座老坝有时比新建一座大坝更为复杂。本文介绍了拱坝常见的病害形式,详细阐述了拱坝常用的结构分析方法:纯拱法、拱冠梁法、有限单元法。并借助大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,对长岭水库砌石拱坝加固前后的应力、位移以及结构的动力特性(频率和振型)进行计算,通过对计算结果的对比分析加固方案的效果。对该拱坝的结构加固以及以后的拱坝结构计算研究提供参考。本文的主要研究内容,概括起来有以下几个方面:1.介绍了拱坝计算的传统方法和有限元计算方法的原理及其优缺点,并用有限元方法进行结构计算。2.运用大型有限元软件(ANSYS)模拟长岭水库砌石拱坝,并分析多工况下加固前的砌石拱坝的应力和位移状况。3.根据提出的砌石拱坝的加固方案,并运用有限单元法计算加固后的砌石拱坝的应力和位移状况,对比分析方案的加固效应。4.对比计算加固前后的结构动力特性(模态分析),为结构的动力分析和结构加固提供参考。

【Abstract】 The stone masonry arch dam is a relatively good model of dam in hydraulic engineering. There are many virtues, for example saving material, being able to make full use of the material strength and using local materials and so on, therefore, it is now being widely used in the small and medium sized water conservancy projects. With the service years increasing of arch dams constructed in early years, the reinforcement of some old dam has been becoming a new topic for water workers, in addition to the construction of new dam. Generally speaking, reinforcing an old dam is sometimes more complicated than building a new dam.This article describes the common diseases of the arch dam and detailed expounds the commonly used methods of structural analysis of arch dams, such as independent arch method, arch cantilever method, finite element method. The large commercial software ANSYS is adopted to calculate the dam stress, deformation and dynamic characteristics (frequency and modal shape) of the Changling arch dam before and after structure reinforcement. Reinforcement effect is given according to the comparative analysis of calculation results. Some reference value may be provided for the structure reinforcement of the arch dam and the study of calculation of arch dams.The main contents of this article are as following:1. The traditional calculating method of arch dam and the principle of finite element method are given with their own advantages and disadvantages. Finite element method is used for the Changling arch dam analysis.2. The Changling arch dam analysis is simulated with FEM program ANSYS and Stress state and deformation are discussed under every operating condition before structure reinforcement.3. The reinforced arch dam is calculated with FEM program ANSYS according to the strengthening plan. Reinforcement effect is given based the comparative analysis of stress and deformation.4. Some reference value may be provided for the structural dynamic analysis and reinforcement of the arch dam based the contrast of dynamic characteristics (modal analysis) before and after reinforcement.
