短路限流器在矿山供电系统中的应用研究

【摘要】 随着煤矿对产量和效益的要求越来越高,矿山供电系统的电压等级也越来越高,短路电流水平也随之提高。限制矿山供电系统短路电流水平成为重要课题。传统的限制矿山供电系统短路电流水平的措施是安装分裂电抗器,但是由于在电抗器上会产生电压降落和功率损耗,其局限性已日趋显现出来,因此,研究新型短路限流器在矿山供电系统中的应用具有重要意义。新型短路限流器较之分裂电抗器最显著的优点在于在系统正常运行时不会在限流器上产生电压降落,消除了在限流装置上的损耗。本文首先分析了新型桥式短路限流器的工作原理,结合矿山供电系统的特点,提出桥式短路限流器适用于矿山供电系统的一种新型接线方式,该新型接线方式的短路限流器克服了三相桥式限流器必须接在变压器副边,安装困难的缺点,使限流器的安装位置灵活,安装难度大大降低,非常适用于矿山供电的中性点不接地系统。通过仿真验证了其可行性。然后分析新型接线方式的限流器在矿山供电系统中的合理安装位置,探讨了短路限流器对矿山供电系统中原有继电保护的影响。在此基础上,设计出短路限流器的控制方式,该控制方式易于实现,对控制系统要求较低且切断故障线路所用时间短。最后,通过计算,对工程样机的主要元件进行了选型,并对工程样机的限流效果进行了仿真验证。

【Abstract】 With the increasingly demanding on the yield and efficiency of coal, mine power supply voltage level and capacity are increasing.Then short current levels of mine power system is more and more higher. It is important to limitate short current level of mine power system.The traditional way of limitating short current is to install splited reactor.But due to there would be voltage loss on the reactor, its limitations have become apparent, and therefore the study of new fault current limiter in mine power supply system is important. Compared with splited reactor, new fault circuit current limiter has advantages such as no voltage loss on itself.This paper analyzes the principle of bridge fault current limiter.Then combines the features of mine power system,this paper gives a new wiring way of bridge fault current limiter which overcome the three-phase bridge fault current limiter must be connected to the transformer secondary side and makes the installation of the position limiting flexibility and makes the fault current limiter suitable for the mine power system. And simulation results show its feasibility. Then analyzed the reasonable install position of the new wiring way fault current limiter in mine power supply system, and to explore the influence on the original relay of mine power system. On this basis, this paper design a fault current limiter control strategy. This strategy is easy and quick. Finally, though calculations, the main components of the project prototype was simply selected and simulation results.
