矿井热环境预测方法研究及数值模拟系统开发

【摘要】 随着矿井采深的增加和采掘机械化程度的不断提高,深井高温热害已经成为制约煤矿安全开采的重大问题之一。高温矿井的热环境不仅降低工人的劳动生产率,影响矿井经济效益,而且严重地危及到矿工的身体健康和劳动安全。因此,如何改善矿井内气候状况,防止热害,保障安全生产,加速我国矿井降温理论的研究已是矿井生产现实所要求的紧迫任务。本研究课题就是基于我国深矿井高温问题的现状,总结了国内外在风温湿预测理论方面的研究现状和水平,分析了尚存在的问题。对全国煤矿解决高温问题的经验和教训进行调研的基础上吸收已有的研究成果,采用理论研究和计算机模拟相结合的方法进行研究,为矿井通风能力、温湿度预测和设计提供了科学的依据。根据矿井风流湿交换的原理,提出了井巷壁面潮湿度系数概念和井巷末端含湿量和相对湿度的计算方法,利用已有的理论,推导出巷道温度、湿度和风量的计算公式。结合计算机可视化技术编制了一套可视化程度高、运算速度快、人机界面友好、实际操作方便的计算机软件。模拟预测分析矿井通风及降温系统改造方案的矿井通风状态,确定通风、降温系统优化方案;以达到矿井通风、降温管理的科学化,实现矿井通风、降温系统的安全可靠和安全经济运行。

【Abstract】 Along with the increasing deep of the coal mines and the improvement of mechanized extraction, the high-temperature and heat has become one of the most seriously problems in deep mines. The high-temperature environment in mine well is seriously threatening the safety in mine production and mine’s physical and mental health. So, how to improve the climate state in mine well, to prevent heat hurting, and to ensure the safety in production of mine,and to accelerate the research of lowering the temperature theory in our country mine well has already become the urgent task in mine production.This research subject is based on the present problems situation of Chinese deep mines, summarized domestic and foreign in the wind warm prediction theory aspect research present situation and the level, has analyzed the question which still existed. In carries on the investigation and study to the national coal mine solution high temperature question’s experience and the lesson in the foundation to absorb the existing research results, uses the method which the fundamental research and the computer simulation unify to conduct the research, forecast and design for the mine ventilation ability has provided the science basis.According to the mine pit loose wet exchange’s principle, proposed the well lane wall surface moist humidity coefficient concept and the well lane terminal moisture content and the relative humidity computational method, uses the existing mathematical formula, Infers the tunnel temperature, the humidity and the amount of wind formula. The union computer visualization technology established a set of visualization degree to be high, the operating speed was quick, man-machine contact surface friendly, actual operation convenient computer software. Simulation predictive parsing mine ventilation and temperature decrease system transformation plan mine ventilation condition, determination ventilation system optimization plan; Achieves the mine ventilation and temperature decrease management the scientific style, realizes the mine ventilation and temperature decrease system’s security to be reliable and mine pit main ventilator’s security economy movement.
