采场底板突水判测系统及水害防治应用研究

【摘要】 我国的矿井突水事故很多是由于煤层底板突水引起的。许多煤矿受承压水威胁,特别是华北煤田,如何进行水害防治确保安全回采这些煤炭资源是亟待解决的问题。底板突水预测预报目前还很难用一个确定的表达式来表示,突水与众多因素的有关,但是,如果对突水预测方法进行合理的归纳,并请教专门从事这方面研究工作的专家,再运用合理的推理方法,却能给出具有一定可信度的基本判断。这是防治水害的有效途径之一,也是进行水害评价的重要环节。本文主要开展了如下几方面的工作:1)分析煤层底板突水影响六大因素,找出预测和防治底板突水的主要切入点;概述煤层底板突水机理,分析底板突水类型划分方案,找出预测底板突水的理论依据和基本出发方向。2)将现有成熟的底板突水预测方法进行归纳分类,并分别给出了突水情况下的涌水量预测,充实水害防治依据。另外将D-S证据理论作为二级决策方法应用于底板突水预测中,使前面预测更为准确可信,在二者基础上开发“采场底板突水判测系统”。3)将判测系统应用于工程实例,按照矿井水文地质条件探查、矿井水害评价、矿井水害治理三个步骤将其应用于刘庄煤矿121101工作面的水害防治,并给出该矿工作面水害防治措施与建议以确保工作面安全回采。

【Abstract】 Chinese coal mine water-inrush accidents many are due to water-insrush form coal floor. Many coal mines are suffering threats from confined water, especially North China coal field, how to prevent and control water hazard to ensure safe stoping of these coal resources is a serious problem.Prediction of water-inrush from floor is still difficult to determine the expression to represent, water-inrush is relation to a number of factors. But if summing water inrush prediction methods up reasonablely, and consulting specialized experts in this research work, then applying the reasonable inference method, it can give elementary judgement that has some confidence. Prediction is one of effective ways to prevent and control water hazard, is also the important part of evaluating water hazard.The following work is completed in this paper.1) Analyzing six main impacting factors of water-inrush from coal floor, finding out the main entry point of predicting and preventing and curing water-inrush from floor; Summarizing water-inrush mechanism from coal floor, analyzing water-inrush types classification scheme, finding out theoretical basis of predicting water-inrush from floor and fundamental starting orientation.2) Summing existing water inrush prediction methods up reasonablely, and giving each water inflow prediction of them in water-rush case, it can enrich prevention and control basis. Besides,making use of D-S evidence theory as secondary decision-making method to apply in predicting water-inrush from floor,it can make prediction result accurately, crediblely. Based on both developing "JPSWF".3) Using the system in engineering practice, it can prevent and control water hazard of 121101 working face in Liu zhuang Coal mine according to three steps of exploring hydrogeology conditions, evaluating water hazard and preventing and controling water hazard, and give measures and propositions ofprevention and contol to ensure safe stoping.
