浅埋深弱粘结薄基岩采面覆岩层移动规律及支架阻力研究

【摘要】 本论文客观描述了浅埋煤层综采工作面的矿压显现特征和地表塌陷过程。首先,通过分析浅埋煤层松散载荷层的散体特性,从散体运动做功的角度解释了工作面来压时出现的短暂动载现象;其次,在钱鸣高院士关键层的基础上,针对浅埋弱粘结性薄基岩的条件,运用“组合关键层”理论,建立了岩柱受力模型,详细的分析了“组合关键层”发生滑落失稳和回转失稳的条件,得出了“组合关键层”在此条件下必然发生滑动失稳,并计算出岩柱在不同断裂度时的最大回转角;最后,讨论了“组合关键层”岩柱在周期来压时的稳定性。本论文以神东矿区昌汉沟煤矿3-1上201工作面为工程背景,进行现场矿压监测与地表下沉观测,通过观测数据分析掌握了浅埋深弱粘结性薄基岩条件下矿压规律与地表下沉破坏情况,分析结果与理论分析基本一致。其次,为了更进一步的了解上覆岩层的运动状态,通过数值模拟建立浅埋深“组合关键层”模型,计算分析出整个覆岩破坏与支承压力的分布情况。根据顶板力学模型,建立浅埋深弱粘结性薄基岩条件下的支架—围岩关系,通过组合关键层的“给定变形”与直接顶的“给定载荷”计算出支架的工作阻力。根据昌汉沟煤矿201工作面掩护式支架,分析了掩护式支架立柱阻力与支架阻力之间的关系,从而得出浅埋深煤层综采液压支架工作阻力确定方法。

【Abstract】 This thesis objectively describes the pressure characteristics of shallow working face and the process of surface subsidence; analyses the granular media features of soil surface and explains the short dynamic load phenomenon while pressure coming from working face, based on work done principle of granular media. With the help of key strata theory of Academician Qian Minggao,regarding to the condition of shallow weak-cohere bedrock, and using the combinational strata theory, the forced model of pillar was built to specificly analyse the condition between sliding and rotation of the combinational strata. It was estinated that the combinational strata must be sliding under such circumstance; and figured out the maximum angle of rotation under different degree of failure. Besides, the the combinational strata stability upon periodical pressure was discussed.The thesis, taking 3-1-up-201 working face in Changhangou mine as background, systematically observing rock pressure and surface subsidence then analysing the datas, found the characteristics of law of strata behavior and surface subsidence under the conditon of shallow coal seam, the result of which is basically same as the theory. And to know more about the moving status of overlying strata, a combinational strata model upon numerical simulation was set up to explore the abutment pressure and destruction of overlying.According to roof force model, support under shallow coal seam, namely surround rock and given deformation and given load of combinational strata were used to calculate resistance on support. Then based on the reality of Changhangou, which choosing shield, the thesis analses the relationshipship between pillar resistance and r sheild support resistance of sheild, and finds a way to measure yield load of support under shallow coal seam. At the end of the thesis, it is taking support of 201 working face in Changhangou mine as an example to verify the researching conclusion.
