天池煤矿瓦斯分布规律及突出危险性研究

【摘要】 随着我国采矿产业的发展,煤矿开采的深度和强度不断增大,地质条件越来越复杂,瓦斯涌出量成倍增长成为制约生产的瓶颈,瓦斯治理已经成为矿井安全管理工作的重中之重。因此,从地质角度研究瓦斯生成、赋存、运移的地质条件,查明影响瓦斯分布的地质因素,进行瓦斯地质区划,预测煤层的突出危险性,对指导矿井通风设计和采掘部署,采取有针对性的防治瓦斯措施,有着重要的现实意义。山西和顺天池能源有限责任公司(煤矿)主采15煤层和3煤层,属高瓦斯矿井。15煤层随着向深部延伸,地应力增大,瓦斯含量和瓦斯压力增高;在采掘过程中,出现有顶钻、喷孔等动力现象,煤与瓦斯突出等瓦斯灾害已成为该公司所面临的重大安全问题。因此,有必要对15煤层进行研究。本论文对天池煤矿瓦斯分布规律进行了探讨,内容包括地质构造、煤层厚度、煤层围岩、埋藏深度等因素对瓦斯赋存和分布的影响,研究表明:15煤层瓦斯赋存和分布具有分区、分带性,这种不均衡性受到地质条件差异性的影响。采用单项指标法和综合指标法,结合瓦斯地质技术与方法预测了煤层的突出危险性,并对研究煤层进行了瓦斯地质区划。通过系统收集和整理天池煤矿的瓦斯地质资料,运用AutoCAD2004、Surfer和Grapher等绘图软件绘制了一系列相关的瓦斯地质图件(煤厚等值线、埋藏深度等值线、瓦斯含量等值线等)。根据对研究煤层的瓦斯地质分析,绘制了包括瓦斯含量等值线、瓦斯压力等值线、瓦斯含量点、瓦斯压力点、突出危险区等主要瓦斯信息的瓦斯地质图。

【Abstract】 With the development of Chinese mining industry, the depth and intensity of coal mining are growing, and the geological conditions become more and more complex, doubling the amount of gas emission become a bottleneck to restricting the production, gas treatment has become a mine safety management in the re-weight. Therefore, it is an important practical to guide the design of mine ventilation and mining deployment, and adopt targeted measures for prevention and treatment of gas from the geological perspective to researching the geological conditions of gas generation, occurrence and migration, finding the geological factors affecting the distribution of gas, carrying out the gas geological zoning, forecasting the danger of the coal sea,The main coal mining in Tianchi Energy Company of Limited (coal) in Heshun County, Shanxi Province are the 15 and 3 coal-seams, the mine is a high-gas coal mine. The stress, gas content and gas pressure increase with to the deep extension of the 15 coal-seam; In the process of excavating, there are top drill, spray holes and other dynamic phenomena etc, coal and gas outburst has become the major security problems in the company. Therefore, it is necessary to research the 15 coal seam. In this paper, the gas distribution of the Tianchi Coal Mine is discussed, including geological structure, coal thickness, coal rock, burial depth and other factors on the occurrence and distribution of gas, the results show that: the gas occurrence and distribution of 15 coal seam has the features of regional and sub-band, this imbalance is impacted by the difference of geological conditions. Predicting the risk of the prominent coal by using single index method and the comprehensive index, combined with gas geological techniques and methods, and the geological zoning is carried out. By collecting and collating a great deal of data about gas geology from Tianchi mine, a series of related geological maps of gas are drawn with AutoCAD2004, Surfer and Grapher mapping software. These maps include contour of coal seam thickness, the burial depth of coal seam, the gas content etc. According to the analysis about gas geology of the studied coal-seam, the formal gas-geology map which contain the contour of gas content, gas pressure, gas content point, gas pressure points, outburst zones is drawn.
