液体非淀粉多糖酶在肉鸡小麦日粮中的应用

【摘要】 本研究组织了2次试验,通过在饲料制粒以后,后喷涂非淀粉多糖酶并降低饲料配方中的能量水平,测定了21-42d肉鸡生产性能和21-35d表观代谢能,旨在评定液体非淀粉多糖酶在颗粒饲料中的应用效果,并为应用非淀粉多糖酶、开发小麦饲料资源提供科学依据。试验1本试验采用单因子随机试验设计,21d-42d阶段进行试验,选用2400只健康22日龄罗斯肉鸡,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组设6个重复,每个重复100只鸡。正对照组饲喂基础日粮;负对照组将基础日粮降低100kcalME/kg;试验1组在负对照组日粮基础上添加200ml/T液体非淀粉多糖酶;试验2组在基础日粮上降低150kcalME/kg并添加200ml/T液体非淀粉多糖酶,测定肉鸡不同处理的生产性能。结果表明:正对照组平均增重与负对照组、试验组1和试验组2相比分别提高17% (P<0.05)、7.7%(P<0.05)和12.8%(P<0.05);试验组1的平均增重与负对照组和试验组2相比,分别高10.4%(P<0.05)、6%(P<0.05);试验组1料肉比比负对照组低0.19,比试验组2低0.20,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验1组与正对照组相比,全程平均每吨饲料成本降低了331元;提高了3.3%经济效益。试验2选取288只21d体重相近、体况健康的雄性罗斯肉公鸡,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理组设12个重复,每个重复6只鸡。正对照组饲喂基础日粮;负对照组将基础日粮降低100kcalME/kg;试验1组在负对照组日粮基础上添加200ml/T液体非淀粉多糖酶;试验2组在基础日粮上降低150kcalME/kg并添加200ml/T液体非淀粉多糖酶;日粮成分同试验一。结果表明:试验1组与负对照组相比,采食量提高0.88%,日增重提高0.85%;日粮AME显著提高51kcal/kg (P<0.05),能量利用率显著提高1.08% (P<0.05);回肠食糜粘度降低19.43%(P<0.05)。本研究的结论为:在小麦肉鸡日粮中添加液体非淀粉多糖酶,可以显著降低回肠食糜粘度,提高小麦日粮的表观代谢能,显著提高肉鸡对小麦型日粮的采食量和日增重,降低料肉比;在当时的饲料行情下提高了肉鸡的经济效益。

【Abstract】 This study organized two tests, using spraying liquid non-starch polysaccharide enzyme onto the particle feed decreased energy, and determining the growing performance of 21-42 day-old broilers and metabolic test of 21-35 day-old broilers, to assess the liquid NSP enzyme effects of particle feed, and provide a scientific basis for the application of non-starch polysaccharide enzyme and wheat.In Exp1, a randomized trial by the single factor was designed, selected 2400 healthy 22-42 day-old Ross broilers were randomly divided into four treatment groups. Each treatment group had 6 replicates of 100 birds. Positive control group used base diet, and the negative control group used the diet decreased 100 ME/kg. Group 1 is the negative control group based on dietary added 200ml/T liquid non-starch polysaccharide enzyme; the dietary decreased 150 Kcal/kg of the group two was added 200ml/T liquid non-starch polysaccharide enzyme. By determining the growing performance of two treatment, the results showed that there was an increased weight gain by 17%(P<0.05)、7.7%(P<0.05)and 12.8%(P<0.05). Daily weight gain of the group 1 was higher than the negative control group and the group two by 10.4% (P<0.05) and 6%(P<0.05); FCR of the group one was lower than the negative group by 0.19, and the group two by 0.20, but the difference was no significant. Experiment 1 compared with the control group, the average full costs was lower 331 yuan per ton of feed; Increased the economic efficiency by 3.3%.In Exp 2, Selecting 288 similar 21-day weight, body condition and healthy meat cock Ross, were randomly divided into four treatment groups, each treatment group had 12 replicates of 6 chickens fed separately, Positive control group used base diet, and the negative control group used the diet decreased 100 ME/kg. Group 1 is the negative control group based on dietary added 200ml/T liquid non-starch polysaccharide enzyme; the dietary decreased 150 Kcal/kg of the group two was added 200ml/T liquid non-starch polysaccharide enzyme. The results showed:contrasted with negative control group, the food intake of expl was increased by 0.88%, daily weight gain increased by 0.85%, and an significant increased of AME of dietary by 50kcal/kg (P<0.05), and energy efficiency increased by 1.08 (P<0.05), viscosity of lleal decreased by 19.43%(P<0.05)The conclusions of this test:the wheat diet of broilers using liquid non-starch polysaccharide enzyme, Viscosity of Heal of broilers was decreased obviously, food intake and weight gain increased and FCR decreased, AME of dietary increased. Feed prices at the time, it increases the economic benefits of broilers。
