蒸汽射流喷嘴的排布优化设计

【摘要】 针对蒸汽射流除冰所用蒸汽射流喷头的喷嘴进行优化设计,确定采用对称均匀分布方式来布置喷嘴。运用Fluent软件对奇偶数量的喷嘴进行仿真,并对温度场云图进行了分析。仿真结果显示,奇数喷嘴均布排列仿真模型的射流干扰和溢流损失均低于偶数喷嘴。对垂直射流和非垂直射流的喷嘴仿真表明,奇数喷嘴均布排列非完全垂直射流仿真模型的温度场分布较优,计算区域内平均温度较高,能够提高整车除冰的工作效率。

【Abstract】 The steam jet is used for deicing,and the nozzle of pressure nozzle is optimized.The symmetrical and uniform distribution is adopted.Firstly,the even and odd numbers of nozzles are simulated by fluent software,and the temperature field cloud diagram is analyzed.The simulation results show that the jet interference and overflow loss of the odd-number nozzle uniform arrangement simulation model are lower than even number,and then the vertical jet and non-vertical jet nozzle are simulated.It is concluded that the temperature field distribution of the model is superior and the average temperature in the calculation area is higher,which can improve the efficiency of deicing.
