【摘要】 目的研究穴位刺激调控法对地震所致创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的疗效。方法对汶川大地震后的91例PTSD患者进行对照研究,其中对照组(认知行为疗法)24例,治疗组(认知行为疗法加穴位刺激调控法)67例。以事件影响量表修订版(IES-R)的中文版本和自编的重大创伤后心理状况调查表进行评分并比较两组效果。结果两组患者IES-R总分、各因子分以及心理状况调量表总分较治疗前均有明显降低(P<0.01)。两组患者各因子减分值的比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论穴位刺激调控法对地震所致PTSD具有肯定的疗效,并且优于单纯认知行为疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of acupoint stimulation on post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD) after earthquake is Sichuan.Methods The 91 PTSD patients were randomized into two groups: the control group(n=24) was treated with cognitive-behavior therapy,and the treatment group(n=67) treated by acupoint stimulation plus cognitive-behavior therapy.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by IES-R and self-made questionnaire,and the result of both groups was compared.Results Significant reduction in the IES-R total scores,scores of all factors,and total scores of self-made questionnaire was found in both groups(P<0.01).The comparison of score reduction of two groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Acupoint stimulation plus cognitive-behavior therapy is effective for PTSD,better than the cognitive-behavior therapy only.更多还原
