【摘要】 城镇居民财产性收入区际失衡一直是中国社会发展的突出问题,其主要表现为各地区城镇居民人均可支配财产净收入在总量、比重、增速、主要来源等方面的区际差距不断拉大。经济发展水平、市场发展水平、受教育水平和投资观念的差异是导致中国城镇居民财产性收入区际失衡的根源。应从发挥各地区的资源比较优势、推进税收体制改革、协调地区间金融资源、促进教育投入多元化等方面持续发力,以早日实现全体人民共同富裕。更多还原

【Abstract】 The interregional imbalance of urban residents′ property income has always been a prominent problem in China′s social development, which is mainly manifested in the widening interregional disparities in the total amount, proportion, growth rate and main sources of per capita disposable property net income of urban residents in various regions. The differences of economic development levels, market development levels, education levels and investment perceptions are the root causes of inter-regional imbalance of property income of urban residents in China. The government should continue to exert its efforts in leveraging the comparative advantages of resources in various regions, promoting tax system reform, coordinating regional financial resources, and promoting diversified education investment to realize the common prosperity of all people at an early date.更多还原
