基于降低气流噪声的锚杆机降噪装置研究

【摘要】 为了有效降低矿用气动锚杆机的工作噪声,保护煤矿工人的身体健康,对矿用气动锚杆机的噪声来源进行研究分析,得出在气动锚杆钻机的工作噪声中,主要以排气口辐射的空气气流动力性噪声为主。该装置基于降低锚杆机的气流噪声,采用迷宫式消音结构,将矿用气动锚杆机工作噪声从以前的110 d B降到90 d B以下,并且不影响锚杆机施工动力要求。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the working noise of mining pneumatic bolting machines effectively,protect the health of coal miners,through the research and analysis of the noise source of the mining pneumatic bolting machine,it is concluded that in the working noise of pneumatic anchor drill,the main noise is the aerodynamic noise radiated from exhaust outlet. This device is based on reducing the airflow noise of the anchor machine,and it adopts a labyrinth silencer structure to effectively reduce the working noise of the mining pneumatic bolt machine from the previous 110 d B to below 90 d B,and does not affect the construction power requirement of the bolt machine.
