【摘要】 目的:实现地震批量伤员的科学救治,提高我国灾害医学救援水平。方法:根据芦山地震医学救援的基本情况,结合汶川、玉树地震的救援经验,综合总结分析。结果:提出以下几点建议:分级别阶梯救治;分阶段重点救治;多学科协作救治;海陆空立体救治;信息化高效救治。结论:根据目前我国灾害医学救援现状,应进一步健全国家灾害医学救援体系,完善各级灾害医学救援预案,重视空运后送和信息化救援。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To achieve scientific treatment of mass casualties during earthquake and to improve the level of disaster medical rescue in China.Method:Comprehensive summary analysis the medical rescue experience of the Lushan,Wenchuan and Yushu.Result:The article summed and put forward the following advices:First,the medical rescue should be different at each level.Second,the medical rescue should focus on different point at different phases.Third,the medical rescue should make multidisciplinary work together.Fourth,the medical rescue should be applied through three-dimension:land,air and sea.Fifth,the medical rescue should be improved efficiently by information technology.Conclusion:According to the current situation of the disaster medical rescue in China,we should improve the national disaster medical rescue system,improve the disaster medical rescue plans at all levels,and pay attention to the air evacuation and rescue information.更多还原
