【摘要】 介绍了循证设计的起源、含义及层次,并结合2000年以来西方已有文献,讨论了医疗空间循证设计研究取得的阶段性成果、医疗空间环境及其使用者、医疗空间平面布局等方面的内容。由于不同国家在经济水平、医疗制度、文化传统、法律法规等方面存在差异,对已有的西方循证设计成果不能采用简单的"拿来主义"态度。希望通过介绍西方循证设计的发展历程及部分代表性研究成果,为在中国逐步开展循证设计研究提供文献支持和可供参考的内容。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduces the origin, meaning and leveling of evidence-based design, and includes the existing documents in western countries since 2000; it discusses the phased results obtained from the evidence-based design and study of medical space, the medical space environment and its users, the medical space plane layout and other contents. Due to the differences in economic levels,medical systems, cultural traditions, laws and regulations, etc., we can’t directly adopt the existing western evidence-based design results with a simple "copinism" attitude. It is hoped that by introducing the development history and some representative research results of western evidence-based design, this article can provide literature support and reference for the progressive promotion of evidence-based design research in China.更多还原
