【Abstract】 The theoretical basis and necessity about portable mobile command cooperation platform for earthquake emergency in State Council Earthquake Relief Headquarters is described in this paper. The design, structure and construction of the platform are presented too. Combined with its application during strong earthquakes, the role and experience in the platform application in decision support and information services are summarized. Finally,decision support and information service system for earthquake emergency management of China is explored.更多还原
