【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis on the data of life loss from the earthquakes in Yunnan province since 1900, we found that there exists remarkable difference from region to region. The severity degree of the life loss from earthquake is significantly higher in the west-north, central and east-north Yunnan, east to the Honghe fault than that in the west and west-south Yunnan, west to the Honghe fault. Our results suggest that the factors of population density, local style of civil houses and geological land feature are probably attributed to the regional difference of life loss from earthquakes in Yunnan province.更多还原
