【Abstract】 Through analysis of collected historical earthquake records and folklores, we reached following conclusions in this paper: (1) an earthquake with M 51/2 occurred at Minjiangkou of Fujian in 1329 (the epicenter locationis at 26.1oN, 119.7oE); (2) the earthquake swarm of M 43/4 occurred near Fuzhou city on May 10, 1517 (the epicenter location is at 26.0oN, 119.2oE).
