【Abstract】 This paper discusses the present situation of earthquake disaster investigation and earthquake emergency response. By analyzing these related problems, we propose the framework design of earthquake disaster investigation system in china, and introduce how to achieve the earthquake disaster investigation system in national earthquake safe service for society projects.
