【Abstract】 The design and Implementation of Xi’an Earthquake Emergency Command Technology System was introduced detailedly in three main facets of system architecture,function application and system feature in this paper.The system was developed on the basis of the SuperMap Server GIS platform and is the first one applied to the earthquake emergency of provincial center cities.Its applications have provided many valuable experiences for the construction and development of Metropolitan Earthquake Emergency Command Technology System.更多还原
