【摘要】 全面深化司法改革、全面推进信息化建设,是人民法院实现审判体系和审判能力现代化的必由之路,是人民司法事业发展的"车之两轮、鸟之双翼"。近年来,"智慧法院"建设在各个方面为司法改革提供技术支撑,特别是在提升审判效率、促进司法公开、加强审判监管、落实司法责任制等方面成效显著。未来,法院信息化还有望在深化司法改革配套制度的辅助审判、静默化管理、规范公开行为、大数据应用等方面发挥更加重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Deepening the judicial reform in a comprehensive way and advancing court informatization in a comprehensive way are the only two roads to the modernization of the trial system and trial capacity. They are like the "two wheels of a cart and two wings of a bird" in the development of administration of justice. In recent years, court informatization has provided its technological support and achieved remarkable results in every aspect of judicial reform, especially in strengthening the intelligent supervision over the implementation of judicial responsibility system,enhancing the efficiency of trial, promoting judicial openness, advancing trial-centered reform of the criminal procedure system, and improving the case-filing registration system. In the future, court informatization will play an even more important role in the development of supporting institutions of judicial reform, such as assisted trial, silent administration, standardization of the openness work, and application of big data.更多还原
