【摘要】 目的探讨本次汶川大地震中挤压综合征的诊断和治疗的有效方法。方法对8例挤压综合征患者依据病史、症状、体征及实验室检查结果进行诊断,并主要针对急性肾衰和局部创伤给予综合治疗。结果 7例完全治愈,1例基本治愈,没有死亡病例,优良率100%。结论以补液、利尿和全身营养支持为主的综合治疗配合血液透析可很好地控制病情发展,促进转归;一旦明确诊断,应尽早实施局部骨筋膜室切开减压或截肢术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective analyze the treatment of crush syndrome after the Wenchuan earthquake.Methods Eight crush syndrome cases were diagnosed based on the medical history,symptoms,physical examinations and laboratory findings.The amputation was performed for 2 patients.Partial bone compartment open decompression was done for 4 patients,and hemodialysis were conducted for two of them.Meanwhile the treatment of acute renal dysfunction and local injuries were carried out.Results Seven cases recovered completely,1 case recovered partly.Conclusion Fluid infusion,diuresis and general nutrition-based treatment with hemodialysis if necessary could control the disease progression and improve patient’s recovery.Once crush syndrome was diagnosed,partial bone compartment open decompression or amputation should be implemented as soon as possible.更多还原
