【摘要】 目的:探讨单次行为疗法联合西酞普兰治疗汶川地震中酒精滥用与酒精依赖者的临床疗效。方法:采用美国精神障碍诊断标准(DSM—Ⅳ),以美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第四版(DSM-Ⅳ)轴I障碍定式临床检查病人版对调查对象进行酒精滥用及酒精依赖的诊断。入组病例共46例。予以单次行为疗法联合服用西酞普兰20mg/d,治疗时间为2周。采用强制性饮酒问卷(The Obsessive Compulsive DrinkingScale,OCDS)、心理健康自评问卷(Self—Reporting,SRQ—20)于入组前与治疗后进行评定。结果:在2周治疗末,OCDS、SRQ—20评分均下降,治疗前后差异非常显著(P<0.001)。结论:单次行为疗法联合西酞普兰服用治疗地震后灾民酒精滥用与酒精依赖短期疗效良好,可能与改善其伴发的抑郁症状及认知模式有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the curative effect of single behavior therapy combined with citalopram treating the alcohol abuse and dependence patients after Wenchun earthquake.Methods:Diagnostic criteria of America Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder(DSM-Ⅳ) was adopted and the diagnoses were made according to the fourth edition of Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorder(DSM-Ⅳ) criteria after conducting a Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-Ⅳ-TRAsⅠDisorders-Patient Edition(SCID-I/P).The involved cases were 46 in all.Taking medicine through single behavior therapy combined with citalopram(20mg/d) and the time of treatment was 2 weeks.The effect was assessed before and after treatment by the obsessive compulsive drinking scale(OCDS) and mental health self-reporting questionnaire-20(SRQ-20).Results:The scores of both OCDS and SRQ-20 declined at the end of 2 weeks,while significantly different before and after treatment(P< 0.001).Conclusion:The short-term effect of treating the alcohol abuse and dependence patients after Wenchuan earthquake was good,which maybe concerned with the improvement of depressive symptoms associated with alcohol abuse and dependence and cognitive model.更多还原
