【摘要】 目的分析急诊科护士希望特质对未来工作自我清晰度的影响。方法 2016年1月—2017年1月,采用整体便利抽样的方法选取自贡市7家医院305名急诊科护士作为研究对象,调查基本情况、希望特质和未来工作自我清晰度。结果急诊科护士希望特质得分为27.18±1.22,显著高于国内常模26.96±1.48(t=2.391,P<0.05)。急诊科护士未来工作自我清晰度得分为18.83±3.25,略低于国内常模19.22±4.39(t=1.135,P>0.05)。急诊科护士希望特质与未来工作自我清晰度呈现显著正相关性(r=0.708,P<0.01)。多元线性回归模型分析结果显示,第一学历、最高学历、子女个数、工资收入和希望特质均是急诊科护士未来工作自我清晰度的显著影响因素(P<0.05)。结论急诊科护士希望特质能够显著促进其未来工作自我清晰度。合理调控护士待遇,给护士更多职业规划帮助,增强希望特质提升其对未来工作的自我清晰度。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To analyze the influence of hope characteristics of nurses in emergency department on their self definition in future work. [Methods] 305 emergency department nurses were collected from seven hospitals in Zigong City from January2016 to January 2017,to investigate basic situation,hope traits and self definition in future work. [Results] The score of hope traits of nurses in emergency department was 27.18 ±1.22,which was significantly higher than the domestic norm at 26.96 ±1.48(t=2.391,P<0.05). The score of self definition in future work was 18.83±3.25,which was slightly lower than the domestic norm at19.22±4.39(t=1.135,P>0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between hope traits and self definition in future work among nurses in emergency department(r=0.708,P<0.01). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the first degree of education,the highest education,number of children,wage income and hope traits were the significant influencing factors of self definition in future work among nurses in emergency department(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The hope traits of nurses in emergency department can significantly promote their self definition in future work. It is necessary to rationally adjust the treatment of nurses,give nurses more professional specifications help,so as to enhance their hope traits to improve self definition in future work.更多还原
