2018年安徽省14个市水源与出厂水中多种四环素类抗生素检测结果
Detection and analysis of tetracyclines in source water and finished water in 14 cities of Anhui Province
【摘要】 目的了解2018年安徽省14个地市饮用水系统中抗生素污染状况,调查14个地市主要自来水厂水源水与出厂水中四环素类抗生素(Tetracyclines,TCs)含量。方法于2018年丰水期(6月)采集安徽省14个市主要水厂水源水和出厂水共28份,利用固相萃取-高效液相色谱串联质谱同位素内标法分析11种TCs含量水平。结果 14个地市水源水、出厂水中除差向土霉素和氯四环素未检出外,其余9种污染物均检出,水源水和出厂水浓度范围分别为ND~1.46 ng/L、ND~0.82 ng/L。检出率较高的为强力霉素和金霉素,浓度在TCs中构成比为45.9%~100.0%。TCs检出浓度、检出种类和检出率呈现水源水>出厂水,淮河以北地区明显高于其他地区,江河水源地与地下水源地相当,高于水库水源地。结论 2018年安徽省14个地市水源水和出厂水不同程度受到TCs污染,仅为痕量水平。强力霉素和金霉素为主要污染物。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the status of antibiotic contamination in drinking water system of 14 cities from Anhui Province in 2018,investigate the tetracyclines(TCs) in the source water and finished water of the major water works in 14 cities.[Methods]Totally 28 source water samples and finished water samples were collected from 14 cities of Anhui Province during wet(June) seasons in 2018. Solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC/MS/MS) and isotope internal standard method were applied to analyse the contents of 11 TCs. [Results]In the whole water samples,9 kinds of TCs were pos itive,the other 2 kinds were negative(differential oxytetracycline and chlorotetracycline). The concentration ranges of source water and finished water were ND-1.46 ng/L and ND-0.82 ng/L,respectively. Doxycycline and chlortetracycline were highly detected,with a 45.9%-100.0% composition ratio in total TCs. The detection concentration,types and rate of TCs showed following characteristics: source water > finished water; area in the north of Huaihe River > other areas; the source of rivers water was similar to the groundwater,and both higher than the reservoir water. [Conclusion]The source water and finished water of 14 cities from Anhui Province in 2018 are polluted by TCs in different degrees,but only in a trace level.Doxycycline and chlortetracycline are the main pollutants.
