【摘要】 目的总结长途转运地震伤员收治过程中的有效管理方法。方法通过分析172例长途转运地震伤员收治过程不同阶段的工作特点,总结出在伤员转运、病房环境、人员及设施配备、治疗等管理工作中采取的有效措施。结果经过有效的治疗和细心的护理,172例长途转运地震伤员在心理、生理、社会等方面均达到最大限度的康复。结论集中收治大批伤员的管理经验,规范的救治管理是保证最佳治疗和护理的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study an effective management method during the treatment of the wounded after long distance transportation in earthquake.Methods The course of transportation and management of 172 wounded in earthquake were analyzed.Experience on management and nursing was summarized in aspects of patient s transportation,ward environment,personnel and equipment arrangement,therapy and so oa Results All 172 wounded in earthquake got psychological,physiological and social rehabilitation after effective treatment and meticulous nursing care.Conclusion In emergency treatment of a large number of the wounded,the effective management experience can help provide standardized treatment and nursing care to patients in a short time.更多还原
