【摘要】 目的:分析我院急救中心收治2376例"512"地震伤员的用药状况。方法:统计本院急救中心2008年5月12日-6月24日各类药物临床应用数量、用药金额、构成比、用药频度(DDDs)及排序。结果:抗感染药物、生物制品和糖、盐、酸碱平衡调节药物销售金额最多,分别占药品总销售金额的47.18%,9.38%和8.32%;单品种使用金额排序列前3位的是注射用哌拉西林钠舒巴坦钠、0.9%氯化钠注射液和外用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,DDDs排序列前3位的是外用重组牛碱性成纤生长因子、0.9%氯化钠注射液、5%葡萄糖注射液。结论:本文可为地震灾害伤员救治的药品准备和供应提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the clinical application of drugs in 2376 wounded patients during the "512" earthquake in our emergency center.Methods: We statistically analyzed the medication amount,medication amount of money,proportional rates,DDDs and their sequences of all kinds of drugs in clinical use in one and half month after "512" earthquake.Results: The three kind drugs in most sales amount were anti-infective agents,biological products,drugs for modulating balance of glucose,salt and acid-base,which accounted 47.18%,9.38% and 8.32%,respectively.The top three of single drugs in sales amount were piperacillin sodium and sulbactam sodium for injection,0.9% sodium chloride injection and recombinant ox basic fibroblast growth factor;while the top three drugs in DDDs sequences were recombinant ox basic fibroblast growth factor,0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection.Conclusion: The results of our study may be used as the reference of drug reserves and supply for the patients in earthquake disaster.更多还原
