【Abstract】 In the development of the new period, the technical level of agricultural water conservancy construction has been greatly improved,promoting the orderly development of small irrigation and water conservancy project construction. Irrigation and water conservancy is the infrastructure for the construction of people’s livelihood in China, which plays an important role in the development and construction of agriculture.However, there are many problems in the management of irrigation and water conservancy projects, which have a certain impact on the construction quality of irrigation and water conservancy projects.
