对工程项目决策优化的认识

【摘要】 随着工程项目管理的日趋完善,对项目决策能力的要求也越来越高。因此,建设单位必须清楚认识工程项目决策优化的重要性,进一步提高企业的工程项目管理水平。该文在阐述工程项目管理现状的基础上,引入工程项目决策的概念,从项目决策的不确定性、涌现性、决策主体非理性、多元目标非线性四个方面分析了工程项目决策的特点,通过对决策优化策略加以论述,为工程项目科学管理提供参考方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the improvement of project management, the requirements of project decision-making ability are getting higher and higher. Therefore, the construction unit must clearly understand the importance of engineering project decision-making optimization, and further improve the engineering project management level of enterprises. On the basis of expounding the present situation of engineering project management, this paper introduces the concept of engineering project decision-making, analyzes the characteristics of engineering project decision-making from four aspects: uncertainty, emergence, irrationality of decision-making subject and nonlinear multi-objective, and provides a reference scheme for scientific management of engineering project through the discussion of decisionmaking optimization strategy.更多还原
