【摘要】 目的评价艾灸治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed数据库、Cochrane图书馆和Google学术,搜集符合纳入及排除标准的文献,评价文献质量后采用RevMan 5.3软件分析数据。结果共纳入19篇文献,质量普遍偏低。6项研究比较了单纯艾灸与常规疗法治疗小儿腹泻的有效性,差异有统计学意义[OR=4.01,95%CI(2.01,7.99),P<0.0001];13项研究比较了艾灸联合其他疗法与常规疗法治疗小儿腹泻的有效性,差异有统计学意义[OR=4.56,95%CI(2.96,7.02),P<0.00001]。结论艾灸可有效缓解小儿腹泻相关症状,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), WANFANG DATA, China Biology Medicine(CBM), PubMed, Cochrane Library and Google science were retrieved by the computer, and the articles meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria were collected. The data were analyzed through RevMan 5.3 software after evaluation on the quality of articles. Results A total of 19 articles were included, and the quality was ususlly poor. Significant differences were shown regarding the efficacy between moxibustion alone and routine treatment [OR=4.01, 95%CI(2.01, 7.99), P<0.0001] in 6 studies, and between moxibustion combined with other therapies and routine treatment [OR=4.56, 95%CI(2.96, 7.02), P<0.00001] in 13 studies. Conclusion Moxibustion can effectively improve the symptoms of children with diarrhea.更多还原
