【摘要】 目的探讨汶川大地震发生后接诊伤员的特点及分检流程,为建立在大型灾害事件中的分检处理流程,及时合理配置医疗资源,启动应急预案,提高医疗救援水平提供思路。方法以四川大学华西医院在地震发生后不同时段接收的伤员的诊治信息数据为基本资料,对不同时段因伤员特点不同而发生的分检流程变化进行综合分析。结果不同时段地震伤员的伤情特点发生改变,根据急诊人数及病情的变化急诊流程也随之改变。结论在大型灾难事件发生后,应对灾害程度迅速做出判断,确定分检流程,合理配置医疗资源,从而提高医疗救援水平及效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the characteristics and the respectively managing flow-sheet of the wounded after Wenchuan megaseism and provide a notion for establishing the respectively managing flow-sheet in large disaster, allocating medical resources promptly and appropriately, initiating emergency scheme and improving the medical relief level. [Methods] On the basis of the data of the wounded patients who were diagnosed and treated in Huaxi Hospital of Sichuan University in different periods after Wenchuan megaseism, the changes of the respectively managing flow-sheet owing to the different characteristics of the wounded in different periods were analyzed synthetically. [Results] There were different characteristics of traumatic condition in different periods after Wenchuan megaseism. Emergency flow-sheet altered with the changing number of emergency patients and their condition.[Conclusion] After a large disaster occur, its severity should be rapidly estimated and the respectively managing flow-sheet should be determined so as to allocate medical resources appropriately and improve the medical relief level and effect.更多还原
