【摘要】 本文介绍了某垃圾焚烧发电烟气脱硫脱硝的工艺选择、技术原理、系统流程的工艺设计,通过分析烟气数据,论述了钠基旋转喷雾干燥(SDA)脱硫法和低温选择性非催化还原(SNCR)脱硝工艺在垃圾发电焚烧烟气净化中的应用。二者结合可以实现垃圾焚烧发电烟气中二氧化硫和氮氧化物的协同脱除,保证烟气达标排放和系统稳定运行,进而为垃圾焚烧烟气净化相关工程实践提供参考。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the process selection, technical principle and process design of a waste incineration power generation flue gas desulfurization and denitrification. By analyzing the flue gas data, the application of sodium-based rotary spray drying(SDA) desulfurization method and low-temperature selective non-catalytic reduction(SNCR) denitration process in waste-to-energy incineration flue gas purification is discussed. The combination of the two can realize the synergistic removal of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in the waste incineration power generation flue gas, ensure the flue gas compliance discharge and the stable operation of the system, and provide reference for the engineering practice of waste incineration flue gas purification.
