金属加工切削液废水处理工艺探讨

【摘要】 随着我国汽车行业的迅速发展,汽车配件产能不断扩大,导致环境污染问题日益加重。其中,润滑剂生产中会产生大量切削废液,切削液废水对环境危害极大,必须及时予以有效处理。本文以广西玉林市嘉德机械有限公司为研究对象,就其金属加工切削液的废水处理改造案例进行探讨。运行结果表明,废水中的CODCr去除率超过80%,处理后的出水满足污水综合排放标准的要求。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s auto industry, the auto parts production capacity continues to expand,leading to increasing environmental pollution problems. Among them, a large amount of cutting waste liquid is generated in the production of lubricant, and the cutting fluid waste water is extremely harmful to the environment and must be effectively treated in time. Taking Guangxi Yulin Jiade Machinery Co., Ltd. as the research object, this paper discusses the wastewater treatment and transformation case of its metal cutting fluid. The operation results show that the CODCr removal rate in the wastewater exceeds 80%, and the treated effluent meets the requirements of the comprehensive wastewater discharge standard.
