用膜电容去离子法净化碱法地浸含铀地下水试验研究

【摘要】 本试验研究了用膜电容去离子法(MCDI)净化模拟含铀地下水的可行性,考察了电压、原水pH对产水回收率的影响,分析如何提高再生电压和预冲洗的再生效果。结果表明,在原水pH=7.58、工作电压1.1V条件下,模拟水中离子去除率(以电导率计)达96.02%,净水回收率为66.67%;采用反向通电结合定期稀酸冲洗方法,可有效去除膜电极上残留的铀离子。

【Abstract】 The feasibility of purifying simulated uranium-bearing groundwater by membrane capacitive deionization(MCDI) was studied in this experiment. The effects of voltage and pH of raw water on water recovery were investigated.How to improve regeneration voltage and regeneration effect of pre-flushing was analyzed. The results show that under the conditions of raw water pH=7.58 and working voltage 1.1 V, the ion removal rate(measured by conductivity) in simulated water reaches 96.02% and the recovery rate of purified water is 66.67%. The residual uranium ion on membrane electrodes can be effectively removed by the method of reverse electrification combined with periodic dilute acid flushing.
