【Abstract】 In recent years, with the increasing awareness of environmental protection, environmental issues have received widespread attention from the public. Water pollution is one of the important manifestations of environmental pollution.Water resources play an important role in the development of China’s society. The development of biotechnology has expanded the channels of governance for environmental issues.
