浅谈新形势下强化基层环保执法的对策

【摘要】 在习近平总书记的正确领导之下,将改革开放提到了一个全新的战略高度。改革开放明显提高了我国广大人民群众的物质生活水平,但是经济的迅猛发展与生态环境恶化之间的矛盾逐渐显示出来,为了能够给广大人民群众营造出更好的生态环境,党中央、国务院打定决心加强环境保护工作。本文结合笔者多年的工作经验,深入探讨了新形势下强化基层环保执法的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the correct leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping, the reform and opening up has been raised to a new strategic height. Reform and opening-up have obviously improved the material living standards of the broad masses of the people in China, but the contradiction between the rapid economic development and the deterioration of the ecological environment has gradually emerged. In order to create a better ecological environment for the broad masses of the people, the Central Committee of the Party and the State Council are determined to strengthen environmental protection. Based on the author’s years of work experience, this paper deeply discusses the countermeasures to strengthen the grass-roots environmental protection law enforcement under the new situation.更多还原
