电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定大气PM2.5中的12种元素
Determination of 12 elements in atmospheric PM2.5 by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry
【摘要】 目的应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定大气颗粒物(PM2. 5)中锑(Sb)、铝(Al)、砷(As)、铍(Be)、镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)、锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、硒(Se)、铊(Tl)等12种元素,建立一种快速、简便、同时测定大气颗粒物中多种元素的方法。方法采用石英滤膜采集空气细颗粒物样品,经5%硝酸水浴超声(70℃)提取3 h后,用ICP-MS法测定各元素含量,得到标准曲线,并对方法的检出限、精密度及回收率进行测定分析各元素含量。结果 12种元素在线性范围内的相关系数均> 0. 999,元素检出限为0. 02 ng/m3~0. 5 ng/m3;相对标准偏差(RSD)均低于3. 66%;低、中、高3种浓度的加标回收率均在87. 25%~112. 2%。结论稀硝酸消解-超声辅助提取样品的前处理方式简便,ICP-MS法快速、准确、检出限低、动态范围宽,适合PM2. 5中多种元素的同时检测。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish a fast and simple method for the simultaneous determination of Sb,Al,As,Be,Cd,Cr,Hg,Pb,Mn,Ni,Se and Tl in atmospheric particulates matter( PM2. 5) using inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry( ICP-MS). Methods The fine particulate matters in air were collected using quartz membrane,and then put in an ultrasonic bath( 70 ℃) for extraction with 5% nitric acid. The concentrations of these elements were determined using ICP-MS. The standard curve was established,and the detection limit,precision and recovery of the method were determined and analyzed.Results The correlation coefficient of 12 elements in the linear range were above 0. 999,the detection limit was within0. 02 ng/m3-0. 5 ng/m3; the relative standard deviation( RSD) was less than 3. 66%; the recovery rates of the three concentrations were within 87. 25%-112. 2%. Conclusion The pretreatment method for ultrasonic extraction with dilute nitric acid is simple; ICP-MS is fast,accurate with low detection limit and wide dynamic range,which is suitable for the simultaneous detection of multiple elements in PM2. 5.
