崇州市灾后饮用水监测结果分析

【摘要】 目的:掌握灾后崇州市饮用水卫生状况,为今后应对类似自然灾害和突发事件所采取的措施与对策提供借鉴和参考。方法:按照"地震灾区饮用水监测技术方案"要求,对本市集中式供水进行半年监测,并对农村分散式供水和灾区/安置点的饮用水进行随机抽样检测。结果:灾后应急供水监测总体合格率88.26%,集中式供水全面监测总体合格率86.66%(35项常规指标)和83.33%(20项常规指标)。分散式供水和灾区/安置点水样监测总体合格率75.53%(10~20项主要常规指标)。结论:灾后崇州市集中式供水水质稳定,市政供水安全,乡镇供水基本安全,分散式供水和灾区/安置点有待加强。建议今后应对类似自然灾害和突发事件,疾控中心应加强应急监测设备、物资、人员和技术储备。有关部门应制定应急状态下的技术标准,并建立快速、高效、操作性强的应急检测系统。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the drinking water condition in Chongzhou city after 5.12 earthquake.Provide a reference of measures and countermeasures how to deal with natural disasters and similar emergency in the future.Methods:In accordance with the "drinking water monitoring technology scheme in the earthquake-stricken area" requirements,We have monitorred the centralized water samples in our city for half a year and detected the samples of dispersing type water supply of countryside and drinking water quality of the disaster area/Settlements at random.Results:Monitoring of post-disaster emergency water supply the overall pass rate is 88.26%.Comprehensive monitoring of the centralized water supply the overall pass rate is 86.66%(35 of conventional indicators) and 83.33%(20 of conventional indicators).Monitoring of the water samples of the distributed water and areas/settlements(10~20 major conventional indicators)the overall pass rate is 75.53%.Conclusion:The water quality of the centralized type water is steady after the earthquake in chongzhou city,the municipal water supply is safe,the supply water of villages and towns is basically safe too,dispersing type and disaster area/Settlements of the water supply also needs to be strengthened.For how to deal with future natural disasters and similar emergencies,I think CDC should strengthen the equipment,supplies,personnel and technical reserves of emergency monitoring.Relevant departments should develop technical standards under state of emergency and establish emergency detection system of fast,efficient and Operable.
