【摘要】 在当前城市近现代化的发展进程中,滨水空间作为带动城市发展的引擎与展现城市风貌的重要载体,日益受到公众的重视。如何以城市更新为契机挖掘、保护、传承和激活滨水文化,是当代新型城镇化的重要议题。文章以北京市延庆新城滨水空间为例,针对其资源本底、空间现状、发展困境等问题进行剖析,同时结合国内外优秀改造案例,提出沿岸空间活力再生与用地模式优化的具体策略,旨在为滨水空间活力复兴与文化提升提供相应关参考与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the current development process of urban modernization, waterfront space has become an important carrier for driving urban development and showing urban appearance, and it has received increasing attention from the public. How to use urban renewal as an opportunity to grub, protect, inherit and activate the waterfront culture is an important topic of contemporary new urbanization. Taking the waterfront space of Yanqing New Town in Beijing as an example, this paper analyzes the problems of resource background, space status and development dilemma, and combines the domestic and international excellent transformation cases to propose a specific strategy for the regeneration of coastal space and the optimization of land use pattern.
