【摘要】 在中国城市快速发展的时期,人口向特大城市高度集聚。并且伴随快速城市化进程,全球环境逐渐恶化,大规模的自然灾害不断爆发,城市公共安全面临着越来越重的压力。应急避难场所的建设成为城市防灾减灾规划中的重点项目。本文在分析武汉市应急避难场所的现状空间分布基础上,总结出武汉市城市应急避难场所的空间分布特征,并且进一步对武汉市各区应急避难场所需求量进行分析。从区位地质条件、人口密度分布、危旧房面积和不同性质用地面积四个方面构建应急避难场所需求量影响因素评价指标体系,计算各项指标值,确定综合受灾系数,计算出受灾人口规模,并结合人均避难面积,预测出应急避难场所的需求量。更多还原

【Abstract】 In contemporary China, population grows highly in megacities. And accompanied by rapid urbanization, the city public safety is facing with heavy pressure increasingly, because the global environment is gradually deteriorating as well as large-scale of natural disasters breaking out continuously. The build of urgency shelters become more and more important in urban planning. This article summed up the characteristicsof the spatial pattern of urgency shelters in Wuhan based on the current situation andanalysisthe demand of urgency shelters. Then it build up an evaluation index system according to urgency sheltersinfluencing factors such as regional geologicalconditions, populationdensitydistribution and theland areaof thedifferent nature.Calculated index value to determine a comprehensive disaster- stricken coefficient;calculated the scale of the affected population.Finally this article predicted thedemandforurgency shelters.更多还原
