【摘要】 乡村基本公共服务设施落后是乡村振兴的短板,实现乡村基本公共服务均等化是乡村振兴的基础。从教育、医疗卫生、基础设施、社会保障、文化和信息化6个方面综合测度安徽省乡村基本公共服务均等化指数,进一步利用双变量空间自相关方法,揭示均等化指数的空间分布规律及其与区域经济的时空耦合特征。研究发现:安徽省各地区乡村基本公共服务均等化指数总体不高,空间分布差异明显,皖北、皖中地区乡村基本公共服务均等化指数较高,皖南地区相对较低。总体而言,安徽省各地区乡村基本公共服务指数和区域经济耦合程度较低,大部分地区属于HL与LL区。基于双变量ESDA分析结果,为安徽省各地区乡村发展提供建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The backwardness of basic public service facilities in rural areas was the weakness of rural revitalization,and the equalization of rural basic public service was the foundation of rural revitalization. In order to comprehensively measure the equalization of rural basic public services index,this paper selected six aspects,including education,medical and health,infrastructure,social security,culture and information,furthermore,the bivariate spatial autocorrelation method was used to reveal the spatial distribution rule of the equalization index of rural basic public services in Anhui Province and its spatio-temporal coupling characteristics with regional economy. The results showed that,the equalization index of all regions in Anhui Province was not high on the whole and the spatial distribution difference was obvious. Rural basic public service equalization index in northern Anhui and central Anhui was higher,while that in southern Anhui was lower. Generally speaking,the equalization of rural basic public service index and regional economic coupling degree in Anhui Province were relatively low,and most areas belonged to HL and LL district. Based on the results of bivariate ESDA analysis,it provided some suggestions for rural development.更多还原
