【摘要】 以农村生活垃圾处理为例,实证分析人际信任、制度信任、一般信任对农户环境治理参与意愿的影响。研究发现:农户对亲人、外乡人、村干部、邻居、政府的信任显著正向影响农户参与环境治理的意愿,农户是否担任村干部、是否兼业及其环境认知也在不同程度上影响着农户参与环境治理的意愿,其中农户的环境认知效应最为明显。基于此,可通过丰富农户人际关系网络,完善农村环境信息公开制度,探索第三方参与农村环境治理机制来提高农户参与环境治理的意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper took rural household waste treatment as an example to empirically analyze the impact of interpersonal trust,institutional trust and general trust on farmers’ willingness to participate in environmental governance. The results showed that: Farmers’ trust in relatives,trust of foreigners,trust in village cadres,trust in neighbors,and trust in the government significantly positively affected farmers’ willingness to participate in environmental governance. In addition,farmers act as village cadre,farmers’ part-time and environmental cognition affected the willingness to participate in environmental governance to varying degrees. Among this,farmers’ environmental cognition effects were most obvious. Based on this,we could improve the rural environmental information disclosure system by enriching the network of farmers’ interpersonal relationships,and explore the third-party participation in rural environmental governance mechanisms to increase farmers’ willingness to participate in environmental governance.更多还原
