【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the population base of big cities has broken through tens of millions, and the rapid consumption of products caused by science and technology has become more and more large.There are huge amounts of recyclables in domestic waste generated by big cities, but the construction of recycling outlets is more difficult, so it is impossible to collect all the recyclables, and the obstacles of "turning waste into treasure" are numerous, and the circular economy is constrained.
