【Abstract】 Recycling industry is the essential link of the society and ecological industrial chain, which is also the strategic new-rising industry of resource saving and environment friendly society. In the perspective of industrial economics and industrial ecology, the necessity, current situation, main characters and main problems were introduced in the construction of ecological industry of recycling.
