客运专线高架轨道结构振动特性实测研究

【摘要】 针对轨道不平顺条件下高速客运专线桥上CRTSII型板式轨道的振动特性进行现场实测,对轮轨力、轨道结构的振动响应进行时域和频域的对比分析。结果表明:在轨道不平顺等影响因素作用下,上、下行方向列车以相近的速度运行时对轨道结构产生的冲击作用也相近。钢轨的振动主要由于轮轨表面不平顺激励所产生。在轮轨相互作用下产生的高频振动主要集中在钢轨上,而由于扣件系统的弹性减振作用,轨面不平顺引起的高频振动在轨道板和桥面板上体现不明显,由离散支撑导致的中频振动占据主要成分。列车荷载作用下,振动在轨道结构纵向传递主要在钢轨内部实现的。

【Abstract】 The vibration characteristics of CRTS II slab track on a bridge under track irregularity condition were tested.The wheel/rail impact forces and dynamic responses induced by different rail surface irregularities were comparatively analyzed both in time and frequency domains. The results show that under the random irregularity excitation, the vehicles on up-way and the vehicles on down-way will produce similar impact load on elevated-track structure. The rail vibration is mainly caused by wheel-rail surface irregularity. The high frequency vibration is mainly focused on the steel rail. Due to the damping effect of fasteners system, the high frequency vibration of the track slab and the bridge induced by wheel-rail surface irregularity becomes unobvious. While the medium frequency vibration induced by discrete supporting becomes dominant. Under the vehicle’s load, the vibration longitudinal transmission of the track structure is mainly completed in the steel rails.
