应用复合减振器的梯形轨枕提高轨道的减振效果

【摘要】 为了分析使用金属橡胶-碟簧复合减振器的梯形轨枕轨道对地表及建筑物的减振效果以及地表振动传播规律,将地铁对沿线的振动影响问题简化成平面应变问题,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立建筑物—地铁隧道—土层二维有限元模型。把仿真计算得到的道床加速度作为模型激励,研究使用复合减振器与普通线性减振垫的梯形轨枕轨道,对环境的振动影响差异,对复合减振器的减振效果做出评价。研究使用复合减振器的梯形轨枕轨道引起的地表振动传播规律。结果表明,相对于线性减振垫,金属橡胶—碟簧复合减振器可以提升减振效果,具有替换减振垫的可行性;得出地铁列车作用下的地表振动特性,并与文献结论做比较,证明模型的合理性。

【Abstract】 In order to study the anti-vibration effects of the trapezoidal-sleeper track on the foundation of metal-rubber disc-spring isolators, the problem of environment vibration around the subway was simplified as a plane strain problem. The anti-vibration effects of the track to the environment and the vibration propagation law on the ground were researched. A two-dimensional model of building-tunnel-ground was established with ABAQUS finite element software. The acceleration data of the track bed obtained in the numerical simulation were applied to the model as an excitation. The difference between the influences of the composite isolator and the ordinary linear damping pad on the anti-vibration performance was studied.The anti-vibration effect of the composite isolator was evaluated and the rule of the ground vibration was studied. The results show that the metal-rubber disc-spring isolator can improve the anti-vibration effect of the track and replace the linear damping pad. The rule of the ground vibration caused by the subway train was researched and the rationality of the model was proved.
